Our items are delivered via Royal Mail.
The tracking number for your parcel is available on request only.
Fees
Earrings, bracelets, rings and small necklaces are shipped at £2.60.
Statement necklaces are shipped at £5.
Prices for other small items (eg. brooches and lashes) vary from £2.60 to £3.
Additional item add-ons may not be charged depending on size.
Lightweight items (eg. small rings) may not be charged for delivery if ordered alongside larger items.
Postal fee will automatically be calculated at the checkout.
We are UK based; for items outside the UK we would charge a higher delivery fee starting from £5.00.
We are unable to take any liability for missing packages.
We dispatch orders every Monday and Thursday.
Orders should be delivered between 2 to 3 working days.
Orders outside the UK can take up to 15 working days to arrive.
How are the accessories sent out?
Our goods are dispatched within bubble padded envelopes ensuring that all accessories are protected whilst in the post.
