We offer a wide range of fashion accessories at reasonable prices. Bare in mind that jewels will not last for forever so do make sure to take good care of them and store them in an open air.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Once an order is placed, we receive a notified immediately. You will also get a notification email stating order received. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
Can I cancel an order?
For cancelation of an order please email us as soon as possible. This does not guarantee a cancelation, but if your order hasn’t been processed and shipped we will cancel the order and give you a full refund.
Are the products exactly the same as shown on the pictures?
The colour may differ slightly due to lighting and camera quality.
Are the measurements accurate?
We try our best to provide accurate measurements but sometimes they can be slightly approximated.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation or changes CANNOT be made to an order once it has been shipped outside the UK. We do not accept returns of products due to hygiene reasons. All items must be collected within 4 weeks from when the customer receives notification of order arrival as we will not be held liable for loss of parcel from collection point.
Freight is done through local cargo services and it can take up to 5-8 working days to Lagos and 10 working days outside Lagos. At least 70% payment is needed before we send your order. Please note customers are responsible for all freight cost and handling charges. Once the order has been sent, the client will be sent a notification via email or bbm
How do I get my order?
For now, we only offer pick up service for all Lagos transactions and our pick up place is Dolphin Estate after we must have receive full payment. A special door to door can be arranged at the cost of the customer. Any change of location will be communicated accordingly. For outside Lagos, designated pick up location will be communicated by the freight company.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship everything through Priority & First Class Mail. Orders take 1-2 days to process.

Return and exchange policy?
No Returns or Exchanges accepted on international order. Uk customers can exchange items which have been damaged during shipping within 7 days of delivered confirmation. Shipping fees for exchanges are paid by customers.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturers fault and any products that have been used will not be returned. We will refund you full cost of the item less the postage fee.
Due to hygiene reasons – earrings will not be returned.
What if there is a manufactures fault when I receive my accessory?
All products are cross examined before orders are sent out.
If you believe there is a fault – photographic evidence will be needed with 3 days of receiving your order and a refund or exchange will be available on this occasion.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
What if my package gets lost or stolen?
We are not RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
What if something is wrong with my order?
